Supplier and customer data
Due to reasons of contract fulfilment and / or legal requirements, data of customers and suppliers is saved for a period of 10 years in our systems. If necessary, the received data is shared with banks, the tax authority, legal inspection agencies and in, special cases, with collection agencies and courts. The disclosure of data concerns mostly company data (legal persons), but can in some cases also concern natural persons.
Please note that the IP data of the connection owner as well as name, address and contact data of the buyer are saved with Cookies to create an easier shopping experience and make the later contract processing with the web shop operator more comfortable.
The data provided by you is necessary for the contract fulfilment and / or the fulfilment of pre-contractual measures. Without this data, no contract is possible. No data is passed on to third parties except for the passing on of purchase information for the processing of payments with the bank, credit institute, PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A and to transport and shipping companies for the delivery of the products as well as to our tax consultant according to the tax law.

The data on name, address, purchased products and purchase date is also saved until the end of the product liability (10 years). Data processing is based on the legal regulations defined in § 96 Par. 3 TKG and Art. 6 Par. 1 lit a (consent) and / or lit b (necessary for contract fulfilment) of the GDPR.
